Harrogate Pilates Studio opened in May 2024 to help more people experience the magic of Pilates. We believe Pilates is for every body, beginner or advance, we offer both group and private sessions 6 days a week from 7am to 7:30pm.

I am the founder of Harrogate Pilates Studio. This is very much a one woman show from the admin side but I couldn't make this studio possible without my wonderful group of instructors who you will also see on the timetable! I set up HPS in May 2024 as I wanted to create a space where everyone felt valued. This is of course a business for me but first and for most it is a passion and a privilege to help so more people do Pilates and feel good in their bodies.

I've always had a love for movement, first being introduced to dance and then making the transition to Pilates. I am fully certified in the following practises:

Mat Pilates

Reformer Pilates

Tower / Cadillac Pilates

Vinyasa Yoga

How to find us

We are Unit 5 Claro Court Business Centre. You can find us just off Claro Road. After the first mini roundabout take the first right into the business park. Look for Unit 5 next to ClassiClean and Doors Direct. There is free on site parking available, you can use any of the spaces at the business park.
